It looks like Jimmy Kimmel might have chosen the wrong week to go back to Brooklyn. However, the talk show host doesn’t seem likely to let something as simple as an emergency alert system level hurricane keep him from taping his late-night show for a second night.

Kimmel announced via Twitter, “Unless something weird happens, tonight’s show in #Brooklyn is ON like fleece on Gov Christie.”

Guests Howard Stern, Tracy Morgan and Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings will join Kimmel at the Harvey Theater at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music).

Monday night’s show (with the same lineup of guests), was cancelled when Hurricane Sandy shut down the city due to flooding and power outages. Here’s hoping Tuesday evening brings better luck to everyone affected by the storm.
