Continuing to bring their A-game to the small screen competition program, the remaining nine couples on “Dancing with the Stars: All Stars” once again impressed on Monday night's (October 15) all-new episode.
During the course of the dancefloor action, each partnered pair had the tough task of performing a number picked by another competing couple while also being critiqued by a special guest judge, as Paula Abdul joined the panel of regulars.
Nailing the first ten of the season, Gilles Marini and his partner Peta Murgatroyd wowed with their rendition of a Bollywood number.
Earning 39.5 out of 40 possible points, Bruno Tonioli had nothing but praise for the title contenders, as he said, “A Bollywood star is born,” then adding that the dance was “perfection.”
Later in the evening, Shawn Johnson and her partner Derek Hough gave another crowd-pleasing act with their mambo. Snatching up the second ten of the night, Johnson and Hough ended up tied with Gilles and Peta for a near flawless score.
